Pressed Cookies Recipe

1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks)
1 cup sugar
1 tspn vanilla (or almond extract)
1/2 tspn cinnamon
3 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/2 tspn salt
2 1/2 cups flour

Mix margarine and cheese until blended.
Add egg yolk and mix then add sugar and mix.
Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon mix well.
Then add flour cup at a time and mix well.
If you want to make colors just separate dough into different bowls then add colors to each and mix.
Put in cookie machine.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until lightly browned.
