Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs chicken wings
1 stick of butter
1 medium size bottle of Frank's Red Hot Sauce (Cayenne Pepper Sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Deep fry or air fry plain chicken wings.
If you don't have a deep fryer, or air fryer, bake plain chicken wings at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes

In a sauce pan, heat half the bottle of Red Hot and 3/4 of a stick of butter until butter is completely melted. You can make the sauce hotter by using less butter and vice versa. Don't overcook, if sauce over cooks it gets grainy and doesn't taste right.

Put chicken wings in a large bowl.
While chicken wings are still hot, pour sauce over wings.
Continue to turn wings until they are completely coated.
Serve hot

This is a family favorite! Remember the more sauce you put on, the hotter they are. Make sure you have lots of spring water on hand. They're hot!
