1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add sifted flour, soda, powder and salt and mix well. Stir in oatmeal and chips. Chill dough for a few hours. Drop by teaspoons onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until light brown (11-13 min). Cool on pan for a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Makes 3-4 dozen
