1½ c. half and half
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. salt

Boil Rice in 6 cups water and salt until tender. Drain rice and add half and half and sugar. Heat on low until hot and serve. I like mine sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.

Substitution for half and half: 1.5 Tbsp of melted butter and enough milk to equal 1.5 cups. I usually use this since I rarely have half and half on hand.
