1/2 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 cup boiling water
4 egg yolks (keep egg whites)
1/2 cup sugar
Juice and rind of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook eggs, sugar & lemon juice until like custard, add gelatin and cool, when thick, cool & smooth fold in egg whites which have been beaten stiff with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 cup sugar. Put in a baked pie shell. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
