1 c butter or margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 c sifted flour
1 t baking soda
6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions:
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and baking soda. Add alternately to creamed mixture with ½ cup of juice concentrate. Drop dough from a teaspoon 2 in apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 400º for about 8 min or until lightly browned around edges. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining concentrate and sprinkle with sugar. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
