2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup of fat ( margarine, butter or shortening)
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Combine flour, salt and baking soda, set aside
3. Combine the fat, white sugar and brown sugar
4. Combine both mixtures, beat the 2 eggs and add to the mixture.
5. Spoon dough onto a cookie sheet and press each with a fork
6. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
