1/3 c. all purpose or self-rising

1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. water
(unless you're using 1 or 2% milk, then just add 2 cups of milk and exclude water)

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to a medium size pan, using a whisk, mix them together thoroughly.

Add in the wet ingredients.

Turn on the stove to a medium heat. Stirring continuously (use the whisk, it helps get all the lumps out), it will take a little bit of time, so don't get impatient. Once it starts to thicken, watch it carefully, when thick, turn off stove and remove from heat.

Serve over the top of biscuits, add butter and get to eating!!!

Personal Notes:
A recipe for all chocolate lovers out there. My family loves "Chocolate Gravy", and request it as often as I will cook it for breakfast or dinner. On their birthdays, I always let them choose what they want for dinner, this seems to pop up time and time again for the choice. I've even turned the recipe into a pizza. Don't knock it till you try it, LOL. Cook up some bacon/sausage and fried eggs to go with it, your family will love you!
