Apple Crisp Recipe

1 quart sliced apples
3/4 cup sugar
Sprinkle salt
Sprinkle Cinnamon
Sprinkle Nutmeg
1 round tsp flour
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup melted butter

Place apple slices in bottom of 9 square pan. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Sprinkle over apple slices.

In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Pat over apples and spices.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. (Double recipe for 9 x 13 pan.)
