1 cup artichoke hearts (2 cans), drained and chopped fine

Another Lobb family get-together favorite. My Aunt Edda was married to my Momís brother, Joe. What a couple they were! Edda was a 1950s beauty and Joe was a handsome tenor. Some would have called this a mixed marriage back in the day. She was Italian Catholic; he was Irish Catholic. (LOL)
