24 sausages (sweet or hot) 6 medium potatoes 1/2 cup white wine 2 medium onions 6 green peppers Garlic cloves
Cut sausage into 3 pieces. Bake until firm (10-15 minutes) at 350 degrees. Add peeled and quartered (or smaller) potatoes and pepper strips and onion in rings and wine and chopped or whole garlic to taste. Cook uncovered 1 1/2 hours.
