Leftover turkey or chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onions
Parmesan , cheddar or monterey jack cheese
Bread crumbs (optional) 1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 garlic clove, chopped
Cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onions
Pour in cream of chicken soup, milk, and broth (water works just as well)
Add the cooked turkey or chicken, and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese in.
Add the noodles and cheddar and turn into a casserole dish.
I sprinkle the top with Italian bread crumbs and a little more Parmesan, and some dabs of butter to melt. We love to sprinkle red wine vinegar on top before eating.
Bake at 325º for 30-40 Minutes
