1 lb pork
1/2 tspn salt
Small can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 TBspns water
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tspn soy sauce
1/4 cup catsup
2 Tbspns cornstarch
1 pepper, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dip and soak chicken in beaten eggs.
Roll in flour and salt.
In large skillet, put 1/4" oil, heat through.
Fry chicken on all 4 sides (6 or 7 minutes)
Remove and drain on paper towel.
Drain pineapple chunks and put juice in saucepan.
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, catsup and white vinegar.
Blend until it comes to a boil.
Mix 2 Tbspns cornstarch with 2 Tbspns water.

Gradually add to above ingredients and blend until thickened.
Add 1 pepper sliced and pineapple chunks.

Heat five minutes then add chicken and mix turn for 3-4 minutes until all ingredients are hot.
