2 chickens, cut in serving pieces
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 onion sliced
1 cup lemon juice
2 Tblspns grated cheese
Olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and grated cheese together.
Dip chicken in lemon juice, then roll in seasoned bread crumbs and cheese mixture.
In baking dish in and around chicken.
Sprinkle with olive oil and bake uncovered.
Bake at 350º for 1 Hour
