8-10 potatoes mash while hot
1 cup sour cream
1 tspn onion salt
1 8oz. Cream cheese
1 tspn garlic
2 Tblspns chopped onions

Boil potatoes, drain, beat sour cream and cream cheese until blended.
Add hot potatoes gradually and beat until light and fluffy.
Garlic and onion salt spoon potatoes into 2 quart casserole dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika.
Better if refrigerated first.

Bake at 350 for 45 Minutes
These freeze well.

Allow 1 1/2 to 2 hours to bake when frozen.
