Eight pieces of bacon Flour Pepper 1 cup wine Potatoes Skinned, split chicken breasts Salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup Carrots
Fry bacon crisp. Mix Flour, salt and pepper together. Dip chicken breasts in flour, salt and pepper. Fry chicken in bacon fat. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup wine. Mix and pour over chicken in casserole dish. Add bacon, carrots and potatoes. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 Hour
