2/3 cup Hersey cocoa
3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1cup nuts (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a 3 qt pan.
Add milk. Boil until bubbly stage, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil without stirring until 234 degrees, or soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla. DO NOT STIR. Cool until the butter melts, then beat until it begins to harden.
Quickly stir in nuts and pour into an 8 x 8” pan.
Leave at room temperature.
