1 ½ c. plain cornmeal 1 c. sour cream 3 tsp. baking power 2-3 seeded jalapenos or 4 oz. diced chiles ⅓ c. oil 2 eggs 14 oz. cream style corn 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Combine corn, eggs, sour cream & peppers; blend well. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
