Zuchini Soup Recipe

4 Cloves of Garlic
3 tspns salt
5 Cups of Water (or chicken broth)
3 Zuchini's
1 cup of cooked pasta (little pasta, tubetini) 1/4 Cup of oil
1 tspn pepper
1 Can Chicken broth
1 pkg of fresh or frozen spinach
1 can of stewed tomatoes

Fry out crushed garlic in oil in large soup pot, don't let it brown.
Add water and broth.
Add salt and pepper.
Cut Zuchini's into quarters and then into pieces, then add to soup.
Add package of fresh spinach or cooked frozen spinach.

For Italian twist: Add cooked pasta and stewed tomatoes.
Let bubble for 30 minutes.
