12 potatoes, sliced thin
3 onions, finely chopped or sliced
⅓ c. Earth Balance dairy-free butter
3 c. boiling chicken broth
⅓ c. GF all-purpose lour
salt & pepper, to taste
paprika, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes & onions in 2 shallow 2 qt. casserole dishes. Sprinkle with salt & pepper between each layer. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended. Whisk in broth. Cook until it boils & thickens, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over potatoes & sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender & golden brown.
