˝ c. Earth Balance Butter Spread
1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
16 oz. GF sausage, thinly sliced
2 c. GF chicken broth
2 cans GF cream of mushroom soup
1 c. almond milk
3 tsp. GF flour blend
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
˝ tsp. pepper
12 oz. bag medium shrimp, thawed
rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic & butter over med-high heat for 5 minutes. Add sausage. Simmer until sausage is done. Remove sausage. Add seasonings, flour, broth & soup. Heat thoroughly for about 7-8 minutes. Add shrimp. Cook until pink. Stir in sausage & heat 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
