Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1 3/4 and 1 1/2 TBspns sugar
1 tspn vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tspn baking soda
1 tspn cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini (packed tight)
1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup and 2 TBspns oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk (1 1/2 spn vinegar added to milk, will sour if left for 5 min.)
4 TBspns cocoa
1/2 tspn baking powder
1/2 tspn salt
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first three ingredients together.
Add eggs and vanilla with a mixer.
Sift dry ingredients and blend with first set of ingredients, alternate with sour milk, stir in zucchini and mix well.
Put in a greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 Minutes

Since we don't like nuts, I leave them out and use the whole bag of chocolate chips, then I sprinkle the top with powdered sugar when cake is cool.
It's great served with whipped cream or ice cream too.
