Blend flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
Mix oil, egg and milk together, then add to flour mixture until blended, do not overmix.
BLUEBERRY: Add 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
BANANA NUT: Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 1-2 bananas (2 if they are small)
PINEAPPLE: Add 1 cup drained crushed pineapple.
APPLE PINEAPPLE: Add 1/2 of a 20 ounce can of drained crushed pineapple and 1 apple cut up small.
PUMPKIN: Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 can of pumpkin, and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or raisins.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 400º for 20 Minutes
