Ground Beef 2 lbs
Ground Pork 1 lb
Ground Veal 1 lb
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Romano Cheese
Crushed Garlic
Black pepper
basil
garlic powder
Wheat bread or Italian Bread
Italian Breadcrumbs
egg
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pull apart the wheat bread into tiny pieces and put in bowl.
Add breadcrumbs
Pour in milk and let sit for 10 minutes until soft.
Add egg with a little milk mixed together.
Add spices
Stir well until fully blended
Add beef, pork and veal.
Blend thoroughly with hands
shape into large meatballs.

Oil cookie sheet lightly.
Place meatballs on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
