1 lb. confectioner's sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
cup butter, melted
3 tsps. peppermint extract
3 lbs. milk chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat confectioner's sugar, milk, butter and extract until smooth. Shape into " balls and flatten into patties. Freeze 30 minutes. In a microwave, melt half of candy coating at a time and dip patties into chocolate. Let excess drip off. Place on wax paper lined baking sheets until set. Store in air tight containers. Makes 12 dozen.
