1 lb tortellini
1 pkg blue cheese 4 - 6 ozs
3 green onions chopped
3 Italian plum tomatoes 1/2 then 1/4
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne
3 cloves garlic chopped
Capers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine green onion, plum tomatoes halved and quartered, sugar cayenne garlic. Let sit 1 hour at room temperature, stirring twice to combine. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cook tortellini. Draw blue into tortellini to melt stirring Add contents of bowl and stir in under low heat. Nice served with salad.
