¾ cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-in, deep-dish pie shell

Preheat oven to 425º F. Beat eggs in large bowl. Mix in sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in pumpkin. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 mins. Reduce temperature for 350º. Bake 40-50 min. or until knife comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
