6lb. Leg of Lamb
Olive oil
Rosemary
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Butterfly the lamb.
Mix olive oil, rosemary, and garlic together to make a paste
Coat the lamb with paste and marinate for 4 hours
Put on medium open grill 130
Grill for approximately 20 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the meat
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
