2# shredded cabbage
large can sauerkraut
2# pork chops
2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 bay leaf
4 dried mushrooms
2 c. water
1# kielbasa
8 oz tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook covered for 1 1/2 hours in a Dutch oven

Cool. Remove bones and cut pork into pieces.

Refrigerate.

Slice Kielbasi. Add to cabbage with tomato sauce.

Cook 1 hour until pork is tender.

Serve with boiled potatoes.
