1 cup water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 - 7gm pkg. active dry yeast
½ tsp. salt
1½ - 3 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and oil to 120ºF. In large mixer bowl combine 1½ cups flour, sugar, yeast, salt and warm water mixture and mix for 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl if necessary. Add 1½ cups flour and continue kneading 3 more minutes. If dough is sticky, knead bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 40 minutes. Punch down. Turn out onto lightly floured board. Divide in half. Roll each into a 13" circle. Place on 2 lightly greased 12" pizza pans. Fold edge over to form ridge. Prick bottom thoroughly with fork. Parbake crusts in preheated 425ºF oven 10 minutes. Add filling. Continue baking 20 minutes.

If only one crust is needed, shape, parbake and freezer wrap remainng crust. Store in freezer up to 2 weeks. Defrost 20 minutes before filling and baking.
