1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
⅓ cup vegetable oil
5 - 6 garlic cloves, crushed
1 14.5 oz. can chicken broth condensed
˝ tsp. basil
˝ tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. thin spaghetti
Freshly grated cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes in a microwave. In a sauce pan combine the vegetable oil, cauliflower, crushed garlic, chicken broth, and spices. Heat the ingredients until the cauliflower is tender and easy to squash with a fork. While cauliflower mixture is cooking, boil water in a large pot and add the pasta and cook per box directions until pasta is al denté. Drain and mix the pasta with the cauliflower mixture. Serve with freshly grated cheese.
