½ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup sugar
5 tbsps. cocoa
1 egg
1¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup toasted chopped nuts of your choice
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Layer 2:
¼ cup half and half cream
2 Tbsp. custard powder
3 Tbsps. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sifted icing sugar

Layer 3:
5 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2 Tbsps. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter in a double boiler, add sugar, cocoa and egg and then heat until slightly thickened. Stir in rest of ingredients, and press mixture into a 9" square pan. Chill 15 minutes. Mix layer #2 ingredients together and spread evenly over first layer. Chill 15 minutes. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth and spread over second layer. Chill 15 minutes. Score top with sharp knife then cut and store in an airtight container up to one week.
