1 lb Sprouts
2 T Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400
Line cookie sheet with foil and rub with olive oil
Mix sprouts in olive oil and seasonings to coat. Pour on prepared cookie sheet. Roast 35-40 minutes until crisp on the outside.
