1 16 oz. package little smokie sausages, any variety
1 16 oz. package regular bacon
1 cup brown sugar

Spicy Dipping Ketchup
½ cup prepared ketchup
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder

Step 1
Prepare grill for indirect smoking.
Step 2
Cut bacon strips into 3-4 pieces so that it will fit around little smokie.
Step 3
Wrap bacon around little smokie and secure with toothpick.
Step 4
Place bacon wrapped smokies on throw-a-way aluminum pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 5
Smoke with indirect heat 35-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp and brown sugar has turned to a glaze.

Spicy Ketchup

Step 1
In a small bowl combine all ketchup ingredients. If possable, make a few hours before serving so that the flavors mingle.
