8 oz elbow macaroni
2 T butter
2 T flour
2 T minced onion
2 c milk
1 t salt
⅛ t pepper
Żlb American cheese
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and arrange in 9x13 glass baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan, saute onions. Blend in flour. Stir milk in slowly. Bring to a boil. Add spices. Grate cheese and scatter over macaroni. Pour sauce over all. Bake 30 min in 350║ oven.
