Bobbie Ajamy

1 1/2 pounds lean stew meat cut small
3-4 small potatoes peeled cut bite size ( Redskins work well)
3-4 carrots peeled and cut bite size
Small onion diced
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Mix all ingredients together in a medium roasting pan (no need to brown meat) cover tightly and bake 5 hours at 250 . Go back to bed. About 30 minutes before serving add a large handful of frozen peas. May also add sliced mushrooms if you like.

You can make this in a crockpot but place a couple of layers of paper towel under the lid to prevent the steam from diluting the gravy.
