1 bag frozen Petite Green Beans
1 bag frozen corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 finely chopped onion
3/4 stick oleo
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 can sliced water chestnuts
*optional: 1/2 c slivered almonds

Mix green beans and corn and put in greased casserole dish.
Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, onion and water chestnuts. Spread on top of beans and corn.
Melt oleo and mix with crushed crackers. Spread on top. Spread almonds on top if using.
Bake 45 min. at 350 uncovered.

Can be made 1 day ahead before baking.
