Ingredients:  
1 package fresh spinach
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
2-3 strips of crispy bacon crumbled
1 can french fried onion rings
Fresh cut mushroom slices

DRESSING
1 cup oil
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix ingredients to blend
Do not put the dressing on the salad until ready to serve or have each add
their own to their salad.
I use more eggs and bacon………..totally up to you
