4 Medium potatoes
1 Lb. Hamburger
1 Can minestrone soup
3/4 can water
Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice potatoes. Place in a 3 quart casserole dish.
2. Crumble raw hamburger over the potatoes. Salt and pepper
3. Pour Minestrone Soup over hamburger
4. Pour water over the casserole.
5. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
