Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
15 oz. can fruit cocktail
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. evaporated milk
1 st. butter
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, soda, sugar, eggs & fruit cocktail together. Pour into a greased & floured 13 x 9 pan. Mix brown sugar & pecans together; sprinkle over top of cake. Bake at 325 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

TOPPING: Mix evaporated milk, butter, coconut & vanilla together. Cook over medium heat until it thickens. Pour his over the cake.
