5 cups cut up rhubarb
3 cups of sugar
1 pkg. Strawberry Jell-O

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb with little water until tender.
Add in sugar and Jell-O.Simmer until blended
Pour in sterilized jars.
Cap right away.
Store in freezer after cooled.
