1 box yellow cake mix
1 st. butter, melted
c. pecans
1 box powdered sugar
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

NOTE: Chocolate cake mix can be substituted for the yellow.

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake mix, butter, pecans & 1 egg with a fork. It will be stiff. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.

Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs & vanilla together for 5 minutes. Pour on top of cake. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
