2 eggs
2 T whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
3 T sugar
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all together. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 1 inch strips or diamond shapes. Make 1 inch slit in center. Pull point of one end of the diamond through the slit to make the traditional shape.

Heat about an inch or two of oil or lard to 375 degrees. Deep fry to slightly brown. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar. Put in container with tight lid. May be frozen.
