6 Medium Cucumbers Chopped
2 Cups of Onion Coarsely Chopped
3 Medium Red Peppers Chopped
1 Medium Cauliflower, Broken into Florets
1 Quart of Small Pickling Onion (May use frozen.)
1 Cup of Salt
1 Quart of White Vinegar
4 Cups of Sugar
¾ Cup of Flour
¼ Cup of Dry Mustard
1 ½ tsp. of Turmeric
1 ½ tbsp.. Celery Sal

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the vegetables-cucumber, onion, red pepper, and cauliflower in a bowl with salt. Cover with cold water and let stand overnight or about 12 hours. Drain and rinse well with cold water. In a saucepan, combine sugar and vinegar. Heat to boiling. Mix the remaining ingredients, the flour and seasoning.

Add some of the boiling vinegar mixture, cooled, and mix well. Add this to the rest of the boiling vinegar mixture and mix well. Add drained vegetables to this sauce.

Cook 15-30 minutes. Gently stirring regularly. Pack in hot sterilized jars and place in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
