2 # ground chuck
2 cans Rotels, drained
15 oz. can Ranch Style beans
15 oz. can cream style corn
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain. Prepare cornbread mix according to directions on box. Add meat, beans, Rotels & corn. Bake at 350º until set and lightly browned. Great served with pinto beans!
