Ingredients:
3 large eggs (⅔ c.)
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 15 x 10 inch pan. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs with rotary beater until thick. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in all at once - water & vanilla. Sift together and beat in all at once - cake flour, baking powder & salt. Beat until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake just until cake tests done; 12-15 minutes. Loosen edges and immediately turn upside down on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread cake at once with jelly and roll up; wrap in towel until cool. If you want to spread roll with a filling (lemon, vanilla, or chocolate) in place of jelly, just roll the sugared towel right in the roll and let stand for hour. Then unroll carefully and spread with cold pudding, reroll, wrap in wax paper, and refrigerate.
