24 oz. bag frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
onion, chopped
1 st. butter, melted
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
bread crumbs


NOTE: 1 can crushed French fried onions can also be used for the topping instead of bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for of the butter & bread crumbs. Pour into a casserole dish. Spread bread crumbs over top. Drizzle remaining butter over crumbs. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
