1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 lb beef (ribeye or something tender)

5 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp red curry paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
5 kaffir lime leaves
1/4 Cup green bell pepper
1/4 Cup red bell pepper
1/4 Cup onion
2 tbsp ground roasted peanuts

1/2 Cup coconut cream
1/4 Cup fish sauce with 2 Thai red peppers cut and soaked in sauce

1. Heat oil in large sauce pan
2. add beef and brown
3. add sauce ingredients
4. Cook and reduce sauce until thick
5 add peppers, onions and peanuts
6. Cook for 2 minutes

Serve with Jasmine rice and garnishes
