2 large ripe tomatoes
1 cucumber
purple onion
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
⅓ cup virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
tsp. oregano
cup feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in wedges or slices. Slice the cucumber. Thinly slice the onion. Place the vegetables in a salad bowl. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle with oregano. Crumble the cheese and sprinkle over the salad. Toss the salad, mixing well. Allow the vegetables to marinate for a few minutes before serving.
