2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, chilled
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
1 1/2 cups blueberries

Crumb topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut butter in until coarse.
Stir together eggs, milk, vanilla and lemon peel. Add to flour mixture. Gently fold in blueberries by hand.

Pat dough into a 9 inch circle.

Prepare the topping:
Mix the first 3 ingredients, then cut in the butter until coarse.
Sprinkle topping over the dough. Press lightly into dough.
Cut into 8 wedges.

Bake 30-35 minutes
Remove to a wire rack to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
